郭锋萍

郭锋萍，女，1999年本科毕业于南京师范大学外国语学院英语教育专业，2006年硕士毕业于东南大学外国语学院英语语言学专业。

自工作以来我主要承担的大学英语的教学，我认真做到课前仔细备课，课上教学方法灵活生动，以多媒体教学为主，课后善于组织学生的第二课堂活动，因此，受到学生的好评。随着大学英语教学的改革，我能积极参与其中，取得了一定的教学成果。2004年获得东南大学教学工作优秀二等奖，2006年获得江苏省青年英语教师授课竞赛二等奖。2009年获得南大学教学工作优秀二等奖。

科研上，我积极进取，认真从事理论学习。2003年7-9月，我赴英国坎特布雷基督城大学学院语言研究系进修。在实践上，积极参与多项教学科研项目，2004-2005年参与国家项目“大学英语口语形成性测试及其标准研究”；2005年参与省级项目“营造大学生外语学习和实践环境研究”。2002年，参编《新编实用英语教程》，编写了7.5万字；2005－2006年，参编《大学英语听力新目标》；发表论文“组织第二课堂活动，激发英语学习动机”《外语教学探索》（2005年）。

Guo Fengping, female, got Bachelor’s Degree in Nanjing Normal University and Master’s Degree in Southeast University. After graduation, I mainly teach College English.  Full preparations and flexible classroom tasks are the special features of my teaching. Besides, I am fond of planning extracurricular activities and actively join the reformation of College English Teaching. As a result, I won the second place of English Teaching Competition of Jiangsu Province.

In 2003, I completed the two-month in-service training at the Language Study Department of Canterbury Christ Church University College in England. I am the participator several provincial and national English Teaching Projects researching and textbooks compiling. In 2005, an article titled Organizing Extracurriculum, Motivating English Study was published in English Teaching Exploration.
