The symposium for celebrating the 112th Anniversary of Southeast University was held by Foreign Linguistics Major of Southeast University-Monash University Joint Graduate School (Suzhou) on June 4th. Yu Xiangjun, Deputy Party Secretary and Deputy Dean of Suzhou Graduate School, and Tang Dinghua, Deputy Party Secretary and Deputy Dean of School of Foreign Languages attended the symposium. Professor Cheng Junyu and Professor Chen Zhengrong were invited to be the guests of the symposium. Before the symposium, Gu Fang, Party Secretary of Suzhou Graduate School, warmly visited the teachers and students who attend the symposium.
Students majoring in foreign linguistics presented 23 high quality papers, and 3 of them were awarded the prize for university-level excellent academic paper.
