Jiangsu Province and Aichi County have maintained a friendly relationship for more than thirty years. Both sides believed that in the current situation, people-to-people exchanges, especially the mutual understanding between teenagers, were of great importance.
The exchange activity was held in the School of Foreign Languages and Japanese Cultural Experience Hall. Firstly, Liu Siming, Deputy Secretary of CPC committee and Executive Deputy Dean of the School of Foreign languages delivered a welcome speech. Then Secretary General Sato Feng, on behalf of Japanese side, addressed the audience and performed a stand-up, and thus gave teachers and students of our Japanese Department a better understanding of Japanese culture in the laughter. Next, students of both sides carried out in-depth communication on the topics of language studies, cultural differences, current hot spots and young people’s interests. Chinese students also helped Japanese friends put on Hanfu, intensifying the understanding of each other's cultures.
