A lecture entitled “Needed Talents and University Education” was delivered by Prof. Kameno Jun from Hokkaido University of Japan, on March 2, 2016, in the conference room of SFL (School of Foreign Languages).
Prof. Kameno Jun, a former employee of Japanese Ministry of Health.Labour and Welfare (MHLW), has a comprehensive understanding of the job market. Beginning with the relationship between employment and education, Prof. Kameno Jun appealed to the statistics and diagrams to reveal the current employment situation and job-oriented social skills. The lecture was easy to understand but it touched upon the complicated issues, and could be a good guide for the students hunting for jobs after their graduation.
After the lecture, Prof. Chen Meihua, dean of SFL, and Prof. Liu Kehua, Deputy dean of SFL, discussed with Prof. Kameno Jun about the further academic cooperation between the two universities.
