第十九届国际城市语言学会年会（The 19th Annual Conference of the International Association of UrbanLanguage Studies）拟于2022年8月26日至29日在东南大学九龙湖校区召开。因新冠疫情，会议将会采用线上和线下相结合的方式。会议由东南大学外国语学院和国际城市语言学会(IAULS)共同主办。诚挚邀请各位学者踊跃投稿，拨冗参会。
一、 会议主题
本届会议的主题是“语言、教育、文明”。随着新冠疫情的爆发和经济全球化的发展，语言在社会各个领域发挥着极为重要的作用，与此相关的研究方向如“语言文明”“语言教育”等也为学界所关注。本届会议传承城市语言研究学术研讨会（ULS）的历史，注重以动态的、多元的视角研究语言，强调用定量和质性方法对语言问题进行实证研究。本届会议以“语言、教育、文明”作为主题，同时包括但不限于以下分议题:
（1）语言文明与语言治理
（2）语言经济与语言服务
（3）语言教育与语言政策
（4）语言景观与语言生活
（5）城市方言与语言传承
（6）语言接触与语言传播
二、会议时间及地点
时间：2022年8月26日至29日
地点：东南大学外国语学院（九龙湖校区）（江苏省南京江宁区东南大学路2号）
三、投稿要求
有意参会者需提交论文摘要，具体要求如下：
（1）摘要包含论文题目、内容、关键词及参考文献
（2）语言：中文、英文、日文
（3）字数：中文不超过600字，英文不超过500字，日文不超过800字
（4）摘要中不得包含图表，关键词不超过5个

五、会议费用

The 19th Annual Conference of the International
Association of Urban Language Studies
Call for Papers Notice No. 1
The 19th Annual Conference of the International Association of Urban Language Studies (ULS19) will be held at Jiulonghu Campus of Southeast University in Nanjing (China) from August 26th to 29th, 2022. Due to the pandemic, the conference will be a hybrid event, combining online and onsite participation. The conference is jointly hosted by the School of Foreign Languages of Southeast University and the International Association of Urban Language Studies (IAULS). All authors are kindly encouraged to contribute to and help to shape the conference through submissions of their research abstracts and papers.
I Conference theme
The conference theme is “Language, Education and Civilization”. With the outbreak of COVID-19 and the development of economic globalization, language is playing an increasingly important role in all fields of society. The related research directions, i.e., language civilization and language education, have thus attracted considerable attention in academia. Following the tradition of the Urban Language Seminar (ULS) series, the 2022 ULS conference will also focus on the study of languages from a dynamic and diversified perspective using both quantitative and qualitative approaches. We welcome submission of research including, but not limited to, the following topics:
1. Language civilization (language and civilization) and language governance
2. Language economy and language services
3. Language education and language policy
4. Linguistic landscapes and language life
5. Urban dialects and language inheritance
6. Language contact and language communication

III Submission guidelines
Please follow these guidelines when submitting your abstracts:
1. Abstract should include title, summary of the research, keywords (maximum 5) and references
2. Language: Chinese, English or Japanese
3. Word count: maximum 600 words in Chinese, 500 words in English and 800 words in Japanese
4. The abstract must not include diagrams

IV Important dates
1. Abstract submission deadline: May 30th, 2022
2. Notification of acceptance and sending of invitation letters: June 30th, 2022
V Conference fees
The registration fee for this conference: Online participants are free of charge; the fee of onsite participants is 600 RMB for staff members, and 300 RMB for students. Other expenses (travel, accommodation, visa fees, etc.) are at your own cost.

国際都市言語学会の第19回年次大会（The 19th Annual Conference of the International Association of UrbanLanguage Studies）は、2022年8月26日から29日まで、中華人民共和国東南大学九龍湖キャンパス（新型コロナウイルスの状況を顧慮し、ハイブリット）で開催される予定です。本年次大会は、東南大学外国語学院と国際都市言語学会（IAULS）が共催します。皆さんの積極的なご応募をお待ちしております。
Ⅰ 開催日時・場所

Ⅱ テーマ
本大会のテーマは「言語・教育・文明」です。新型コロナウイルス（COVID-19）の流行と経済のグローバル化の進展に伴い、言語は社会のあらゆる分野でますます重要な役割を果たしています。近年、「言語文明」「言語教育」のような関連研究は、注目を集めるようになっています。都市言語セミナー（ULS）の伝統に従い、2022年度の年次大会では、定量的アプローチと質的アプローチの両方を重視し、動的かつ多様な視点から言語を検討することに焦点を当てます。今年度の大会のテーマは「言語・教育・文明」です。
以下のトピックを含みますが、これらに限定されない研究も歓迎します。
（1）言語文明と言語のガバナンス
（2）言語経済と言語サービス
（3）言語教育と言語政策
（4）言語景観と言語生活
（5）都市方言と言語継承
（6）言語接触とコミュニケーション
Ⅲ 応募方法
要約（アブストラクト）を提出する際は、以下のガイドラインに従ってください。
（1）要約には、タイトル、内容、キーワード、参考文献を含みます。
（2）言語：中国語、英語、日本語
（3）文字・ワード数：中国語は600語以内、英文は500ワード以内、日本語は800字以内。
（4）要約に図表を使用しないこと。そして、キーワードは5つ以内とします。
