内容简介:

This lecture considers some basic aspects of historiography as applied to translation. It begins by positing that the historical account presents a narrative of events. It then surveys questions of scale, from microhistory to transcultural and entangled history, including actor-network theory. It ends by considering how ideas and concepts migrate across time and place.
